Return Policy

Prints By Mail makes every effort to ensure the highest quality of its products and services. If, however, you recieve a defective product (e.g., pages missing or out of order, custom items misspelled), PBM will replace the item(s) free of charge upon the return of the defective item(s). In all other cases, sales are final.
